Request For Proposals
The Saint Lucia Trade Export Promotion Agency (TEPA) will be presenting the SPECIALTY CARIBBEAN EXPO 2017 (SCE2017) from February, 23rd to 26th 2017 at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground.
SCE 2017 will be a major showcase for the promotion and marketing of export products and services of OECS member states, building on the foundation laid by the previous domestic exposition held in 2012. The initiative intends to showcase products and/service exporters throughout the OECS, and will provide them with the opportunity to interact with participants, stakeholders, policy makers, regional/international buyers, customers and competitors.
TEPA invites suitably qualified service providers to submit proposals for the following categories of services and works required for the staging of SCE 2017:
- Venue Décor, Hardware Provision, Booth Design, & Dressing
- Ventilation and Airflow
- Electrical & Lighting Installation
- Ground Transportation- Foreign Delegation
- Fashion Show Design & Production
- Private Security
