General Description
The Officer will generally function as the Office Assistant in the Trade Export Promotion Agency (TEPA), handling all transportation-related duties and providing clerical support to the Unit.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle all filing and document storage for the organization
- Record incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle faxing, photocopying, mass duplication of documents
- Conduct deliveries and collections on behalf of the Agency
- Perform any other job-related duties requested by the Chief Executive Officer
Skills and Abilities
- Possess a valid driver’s licence with at least two years minimum driving experience
- Have a good experience in the development and/or management of an efficient filing system
- Be able to use the computer
- Be proficient in the use of the internet, email and office machines (computer, fax, photocopier, scanner)
- Be able to multi-task smoothly and efficiently
- Have a keen sense of priority
- Have excellent oral/written communication skills
- Be an avid team-player with a positive attitude
- Be mature, discreet, self-directed, reliable
- Be prepared to work additional hours at short notice
Qualifications
- Certificate in Secretarial Studies from the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College or equivalent
- A minimum of five (5) Level passes including English and Mathematics

Remuneration shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
