Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Bar Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth bar operation. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including smoothies, juices, and specialty drinks, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized.
  • Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure ingredients are fresh and available.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments with efficiency and a welcoming attitude.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to provide a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Contribute to a lively, enjoyable atmosphere for both customers and team members.

Performance Targets:

• Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of at least 90% based on feedback and reviews.
  • Ensure all beverage orders are prepared and served within an average of 3–5 minutes.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy with less than 5% waste due to spoilage or mismanagement.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Ensure the bar area is cleaned and fully stocked at the beginning and end of each shift.

  • Passion for food, beverages, and delivering top-tier customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or beverage preparation is a plus!

Qualifications:

• Certificate from recognized institutions in Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality, Bartending or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in bar operations or food handling.
• Food handlers’ certificate would also be an asset.
