Standards for Persons and Companies in the Music Industry to be featured on the website:

 

Standards for Artists

 

The artist must:

  1. Be a client of Export Saint Lucia
  2. Be registered with the Cultural Development Foundation
  3. Be a Saint Lucia national
  4. Be able to travel abroad to perform
  5. Have an Electronic Press Kit
  6. Have completed the Business of Music for Caribbean Practitioners online course or other comparable Business course
  7. Have music available for sale online
  8. Have at least one current album or digital release
  9. Have their music registered with the Eastern Caribbean Collective Organization for Music Rights (ECCO). The International standard work code for each song must be provided.
  10. Have a business plan or marketing plan

 

Standards for Producers

 

The producer must:

  1. Be a client of Export Saint Lucia
  2. Be registered with the Cultural Development Foundation
  3. Have a production company registered in Saint Lucia
  4. Have a registered address for their studio
  5. Have a catalogue of their work
  6. Have completed the Business of Music for Caribbean Practitioners online course or other comparable Business course
  7. Have a business plan or marketing plan
