Enabler Grants – Call For Consultants

Consultancy opportunities are available via projects that were granted CIIF Awards under the ENABLING ENVIRONMENT grant. Please see the Terms of Reference for consultancies with Export Saint Lucia in the links titled Attachment A and Attachment B below.

The Government of Saint Lucia (GOSL) received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) in an amount equivalent to USD30,000 towards the cost of the Branding and Commercialisation of Carnival in Saint Lucia, Dominica and Grenada, and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued.

BRANDING AND COMMERCIALISATION OF CARNIVAL IN SAINT LUCIA, DOMINICA AND GRENADA
This project seeks to develop a stronger and more consistent branding and marketing, including online marketing for carnival in Saint Lucia, Dominica and Grenada and to identify Intellectual Property (IP) related concerns with a view to developing an IP Strategy/Toolkit for Carnival and the products involved.

Branding/Project Management Consultant Opportunity
The objective of the consultancy is to define, enhance and promote the carnival brands of Dominica, Grenada and Saint Lucia toward their sustainable development, through the execution of a Brand Audit, development of a Branding and IP Strategy and Action Plan, and implementation of key aspects of the Action Plan. The duration of the assignment is expected to be for a period of six (6) months.

Export Saint Lucia invites interested, eligible consultants to submit Expressions of Interest indicating qualifications and experience required to provide these consultancy services.
