The first program was the Business Strategy module and from all accounts it was a huge success. Participants were pleased with the interactive nature of the course and lauded the way in which the facilitator, Mr. Ramesh Ramdeen, articulated the focal points and gave many real world examples, making it very easy to understand. They were also engaged in numerous exercises attesting to the interactive nature of the tutoring. Mr. Kevin Jones of Caribbean Export Development Agency was pleased with the cross section of participants from public and private sectors who offer Saint Lucian goods and services.

ProNET is a training programme specifically for owners and managers of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) primarily in the manufacturing sector.  The programme aims to raise the level of productivity and profitability in SMEs allowing owners and managers to operate their businesses more efficiently and effectively, thus becoming more competitive.
