Our nutritious, sun-dried seamoss, harvested sustainably along the coasts, has found new fans abroad. Export Saint Lucia facilitated the export of high-quality sun-dried seamoss and seamoss powder. The Praslin Sea Moss Farmers Association and Martelly’s Ocean Garden ramped up production to meet orders from New Zealand. The impact ultimately redounds to the many farmers and processors who come together to meet such orders.
