The Trade and Export Promotion Agency in collaboration with Caribbean Export, the Saint Lucia Registry of Companies and the Small Business Development Centre (SBDC), is pleased to introduce an intensive, commercially focused and hands-on one day workshop on the fundamental concepts and uses of Intellectual Property.
Workshop Objective
To provide a hands-on, practical approach towards the overall understanding of the most important aspect of IP, particularly as it relates to business or operating in international markets.
Lead Facilitator
Ms. Erica Smith is a Caribbean creative industries expert with extensive experience regionally in the management and commercialization of intellectual property and the strategic development of the creative sector. She has successfully implemented many regional and international IP related strategies through consultancies for a host of established agencies and universities. Ms. Smith holds a MSc.
